Job description

Within the Microcontrollers and Digital ICs Group (MDG) of ST, we are searching for a Digital Physical Design Engineer who will be part of a Design Team in charge of CPU Subsystems developments and SOC implementation.

The jog holder will be exposed to several domains of the Digital Physical Implementation, from Constraints development, Synthesis and Floorplan to GDS including Physical SignOff , using advance methodologies and tools required for developing High Performances Energy Efficient products in advanced technologies as 28FDSOI, 16nm FINFET, etc.

The job involve strong collaboration with the frontend RTL/DFT designers to understand system and develop constraints for Synthesis and Implementation, to meet timing closure, area and power requirements.
