Job Description

We are looking for an passionate Executive Assistant to join the Phantombuster's team.

The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and a passion for delivering strategic value in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for not just day to day EA tasks but special projects as well.

You will keep a constant pulse on your team’s operations and work strategically on projects and events that will allow your managers and team members to do their best work. You never miss a detail and are capable of remaining focused and solution-oriented during occasional times of chaos. You enjoy juggling diverse responsibilities, taking initiative on new projects and working as a team player. Most of all, you handle all communications professionally with aplomb and humor.

Preferred Experience

You are a good fit if you have:

·  Have 5 years of prior EA experience.
·  Relevant work experience in a startup or tech company.
·  Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters.
·  Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
·  Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
·  Interest and experience implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity.
·  Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
·  Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

What you’ll do:

·  Manage all aspects of our CEO conference calls, appointments, internal/ external meetings, travel, transportation.
·  Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·  Understand business and executive team priorities and act accordingly using best judgement.
·  Support communication, organization and general business needs as necessary, creating and maintaining data.
·  Plan, coordinate, and execute varying types of internal and external meetings and events including quaterly offsite, management meetings, etc.
·  Build presentation slides.
·  Own the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
·  Manage day-to-day HR tasks (PayFit)

·  The final step consists of a quick test with the team.
