Job Description

·  As a member of the team, you will look after our product catalogue, ensuring product information on our website is always correct (image, copy, price…), optimize and suggest improvements if necessary;
·  You will participate in setting up rules and guidelines in E-merchandising for all new product launches as well as managing cross-sells and up-sells on product page and throughout site;
·  You will assist on creating new product pages (for new routines, bundles, sets etc…) and creating new collections;
·  You will follow-up creative briefs in order to get assets on time and ready to be uploaded for key brand moments will ensuring all assets are up on the website in a timely manner;
·  You will regularly conduct benchmarking studies and suggest propositions for merchandising optimization;
·  You will be managing and monitoring product performance for categories based on stock availability, sales, best sellers, analytics and newness;
·  You will produce weekly and monthly sales reports (as well as traffic, bounce rate and other GA metrics) per products category;
·  You will also be involved in processes for going international, helping with translation as well as de-duplicating all the above for international websites;
·  You will be supporting the team on an operational level for the brand’s first pop-up expression in a department store.

Preferred Experience

·  You are doing or finishing a Bachelor/Master degree in business or marketing and you are looking for your last internship;
·  You ideally have a first significant experience in e-commerce and / or in merchandising;
·  Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail;
·  Strong comprehension of the digital environment – Computer coding skills (HTML) and Shopify knowledge would be a plus;
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and in French) & the ability to generate original content ideas;
·  Strong interest for beauty and skincare.
