Job description

Job Description / Main Responsibilities
· Maintaining a high standard of health and safety throughout the warehouse, to include general housekeeping and SAFE observations
· Receiving all goods delivered ensuring they are thoroughly checked then booked in on the appropriate in house systems
· Inspection of all lot-controlled raw materials and suitability sentenced
· Creating raw material pick lists for production machinery from a materials list provided by planning.
· Managing the return of unused materials to the warehouse and maintaining on the in house system
· Generating finished goods pick lists and preparing goods for shipment – including notes, labels and dry icing where applicable
· Producing certificates of conformity along with invoices, advice notes and Aviation security certificates
· Maintaining accurate stock levels and performing weekly and annual checks
· Scrappage of raw or finished goods sentenced by the MRB
· Observe and practice site safety and security at all times
