Job Overview and Responsibilities

·  Maintain SAP Pricing, Terms and Data for Oil & Gas business Raw Materials
·  Maintain Chemplex Price Sheet – For TX, OK, ND, WV plants
·  Maintain Raw Material Price Sheet and Data For:  Long Beach, Castanea, Shreveport, Roanoke, (select) Valentine, Greenville and Winder, other locations as needed
·  SAP – Create Purchasing Info Records (PIRs) or Order Agreements (OAs) for all SAP products going to Long Beach, Castanea, Shreveport, all Roanoke locations, (select) Valentine, Greenville and Winder plants, and other locations upon request.
·  Maintain Vendor Work Flow Requests – New vendor creation, vendor modifications, changes in pay terms, etc
·  Invoice Pricing Issues – Respond to Webcycles and supplier inquiries
·  High interaction with plant personnel on ordering, pricing and delivery issues.
·  Interact/correspond with suppliers regarding pricing updates, questions or requests for information/documents 
·  Maintain all O & G Contracts in Convergence; post savings, cash & cost avoidance in conversion Includes price reductions, extended pay terms and rebate totals. 
·  Maintain Office Phones – Service and equipment.  Internet Servicing Issues – report and work with local provider on servicing issues for phones (VOIP) and internet. 
·  Maintain All Filing
·  Prepare reports on monthly basis:  Amines Price Comparison; Oils Price Comparison; Various Product Price Comparison; Plant/Product Usage Reports; Order History Reports – SAP and SAGE/Chemplex; Monthly Alternate Supplier Reporting for Chemplex Locations; Chemplex ABC Reports; Maintain Chemplex and Chemlogics Supply Agreement Reports
·  PowerPoint presentations, as needed
·  Rebates – Calculate annual rebates based on volume or sales per the time period outlined in the supplier agreement.  Follow through for accuracy and receipt.

Education and Experience

H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
2-5 years Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing Operations related experience

Skills

Position requires high attention to detail, with strong analytical, organization, planning and problem solving skills
Must have excellent interpersonal  and communication skills to facilitate discussions with all levels of the organization (internal and external)
Must have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).  Detailed operating knowledge of SAP systems - OTC & P2P modules, SRM7 and other data management systems a significant plus
Effective at prioritizing in a multi-task environment - timely follow up on commitments
Understanding of manufacturing environment capabilities and constraints
Experience in plant operations, including the requisitioning of supplies and services 
Basic understanding of Purchasing processes
