Job Overview and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Human Resources Reporting Analyst to play the role of HR data and reporting specialist contributing to organizational improvement by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. 

HR Reporting analyst frequently work across business lines, conferring with managers and executives to gather requirements and specifications while developing enhanced data and reporting tools; work directly with team leaders to gain a better sense of the current shortcomings in reporting technology and devise solutions to enhance reporting and data management.

The person will report to HR Data & Reporting Coordinator where the main missions are:

·  Determine specifications and standards for business reporting and maintaining data integrity;
·  Play an active role in data analysis and interpretation, of Human Resources data. As reporting analyst, frequently there’s a need to exercise sound judgment while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for business leaders;
·  Play a direct role in designing and developing reporting tools that are then deployed across the organization;
·  Do the follow-up of  HR Reporting developments and  maintenance with our technical external service provider (tickets follow-up);

Education and Experience:

·  University degree 
·  Experience with  Business intelligence 
·  Experience gathering and understanding HR processes, processing, extracting value on HR data;

Skills:

·  Fluent in English
·  Ability to work independently on multiple projects
·  Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (SAP Business Objects Analysis or other);

Nice to have skills:

·  Good knowledge of Solvay group structure
·  Experience with SAP Business Intelligence (BI)
·  Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment and data profiling
·  Experience with Success factors
