He / She will able to propose on improvements and optimizing action plans on performance, maintaining regular and transparent exchanges with your Team Leader and other function interlocutors.

Mission

The VIE will be the only staff member of the Business Development Italy dept and will report the the Head of Dept. Business Development function currently supervises the activity of Product Engineering, Business Solutions and Marketing depts and it is part of the SGSS CMS Business Line (Coverage, Marketing and Solutions).

He/she will be based in Milan.

SGSS is the Securities Services business line of SG group dedicated to post trading activities provided to Asset managers and Institutional clients thanks to its large and international experience in:

- Local and Global Custody activities;

- Depositary Bank, Fund Administration, Central Agent activities;

- Local Transfer Agent activities.

The VIE main responsibilities will be:

·Support the Head of Business Development in his daily activities (drafting/review of business cases, support in pricing definition and/or renegotiation, project sponsorship, etc.);

·Business monitoring (NBI, GOI, C/I, ROI) per client segment, business line, clients financial group;

·Prepare reporting to Head Office;

·Support the Head of Business Development to deliver various transversal project assigned to him as CMS local Coordinator;

·Conduct studies on sector regulation to assess possible impacts on business.

The VIE could also be involved in the strategic activities carried out by the Head of Business Development as well as in some projects conducted by the 3 depts supervised by him.

He/she will also take in charge the setting of documents required to support meetings aimed to present solutions/products/studies/ideas fo SGSS Italy/CMS management or to clients and/or Industry representatives

Evolution

He/she can get a good knowledge of the post trading activities and the Asset Management Industry. He/she will also have the opportunity to cooperate and manage relationships with various other departments.

University degree – specialization in economics, finance or engineering

Product Management, Asset Management, Marketing; Distribution

EnglishFluentMost of documentations have to be produced in English. English is also key for the interaction with CMS international team.

ItalianIntermediateThe candidate will need to communicate with the various teams in Italian and analyze documents written in Italian language.
