As the world becomes more digital, no one can ignore that successful banking is also about maintaining strong client relationships in the digital space. With that in mind, Societe Generale CIB has and continues to invest in a number of initiatives across various business lines and set up a number of design principles developed to build a seamless client experience across the group services.

Summary of the key purposes of the role - Summary of the key objectives and primary goals (minimum 3)

The role is to support the Digital Office within the Investment Banking division in the following:
• Working closely with UX designers, Product Owners and IT teams to capture business requirements into visual workflows in terms of user journeys
• Coordinate co-creation workshops with Product Owners, End Users and IT teams
• Create iterative high-fidelity and low-fidelity prototypes

Summary of responsibilities - Minimum of 6 responsibilities to be identified

• Capture business requirements into visual workflows in terms of user journeys
• Participate in co-creation workshops with Business Line stakeholders, End Users and IT teams
• Create iterative high-fidelity and low-fidelity prototypes
• Write clear HCI specifications
• Coordinate UX-UI changes or feedbacks with ITEC and all key stakeholders based on user testing
• Perform UI design reviews and conducting functional testing
• Provide regular progress updates
• Share with the UX team to build synergies and increase re-use
• Manage specific projects around UX/UI
• Perform industry benchmarks

Profile

Competencies - Define a minimum of 10 skills and technical knowledge that are essential for the Job holder to have

•Expertise in user interface design principles, interaction design guidelines and responsive grids
•High level of proficiency in digital design programs including but not limited to Adobe CC, with expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
•Expertise in developing personae and scenarios
•Prototyping using tools such as Invision
•Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
•Knowledge of browser compatibility issues and solutions
•Strong verbal communication and written skills
•Evidence of innovative approach
•Strong team spirit
•Fluent in English required, French highly desirable
