Your environment

Tax Dept. provides a key contribution to bank value creation, thanks to its activities of tax compliance and tax advisory on financial instruments :
Support and challenge all business lines, at every level of the organization,
Organize an agile adaptation to regulatory challenges,
Ensure the correct and timely application of tax duties.
You role
The global aim is to secure business processes linked to tax activities.
Then, as the first step, candidate will be in charge of
mapping of each operational process linked to tax activities
business process modeling
This process description and modeling is essential to analyze, improve and secure tax processes which are one of the most sensitive fields of SGSS.
The analysis of business processes will include the mapping of processes and sub-processes down to activity level ; then the candidate must be able to clearly understand tax and regulation issues but also bank information system, especially its limits and potential weakness.
The candidate must have strong analytical skills, and must be comfortable with complex and sensitive information system.
Candidate will be in contact with a wide range of teams within SGSS (regulation and tax specialists, operational team, IT team etc) and will have an opportunity to get a global vision of a very sensitive activity of the bank.
Profile
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.

Your profile
Graduate from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree in Tax, Organization and Project Management or Finance.
You ideally have a previous experience in a bank tax department.
You are fluent in English and have an intermediate level in Italian.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
