Responsibilities

Your role:

The Analyst will be involved in every step of KYC topic tied with transactions therefore the candidate must have good knowledge of all KYC topic Italian & Paris either

Analysis of all the client's types and specificities/Regulation.

Speficic kyc tasks:

· Know Your Customer Supervision screening and global analysis

· Analysis of the Due Diligence package according to SFO & kyc rules

· Fulfilment oof the kyc internal models and Paris if any

· Kyc communications and reviews legal documentation

· Analysis of client's ownership structures double checking with Public sources
The candidate will be responsible, with the supervision of different kyc teams : On-bboarding – Review & Advisory teams when originators or followers , of the accuracy and quality of the material produced by clients and their Electronic archives as well.

The VIE assignment in a nutshell:

This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.

Profile Required

Your profile:

·  Graduate from University / Business School / Engineering School with a Master's degree and a specialization in Finance / Corporate Finance / Project Finance / Management .
·  Ideally the Analyst will have previously worked in a bank/fund. Previous Project Finance experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
·  You are fluent in English. Italian is a plus but is not a prerequisite. Strong willingness and commitment to learn will be appreciated.
·  You are proficient with Microsoft Office.

The kyc VIE ANALYST will work with local SFO Manager and with all kyc teams involved in the client's Onboardings which is highly regarded both within the organization and in the Italian market, & legal Regulation, having good knowledge of all around client's type, legal constraints

At times working hours may be long and a strong commitment is required. Must demonstrate civil capacity of global communication and capacity to support on-boarding stress correlated that some time is very hard.

Being at the center of the KYC ONBOADING topics (new client or new deals with already topic clients) on all kyc platforms within SG, the candidate will be able to interact to the whole chain of Clients and products offered by the different Business platforms. Time pressure in delivering pitches and a strong team spirit will also contribute massively to the candidate's professional and personal development.

Your environment:

The candidate will join the Italian GLBA SFO team in charge of all KYC onboarding and follow up clients

The VIE Analyst will work strictly with GLBA SFO ITALY and with all SFO around the world.

The VIE will assist local Business lines and desks in advising and following clients for their kyc topics according to funding along to all the local desks, with an increasing degree of autonomy.
The kyc topics strictly connected with all the business desks it will expose the VIE to a wide variety of projects and enable her/him to grow in a highly dynamic and motivating environment, with close contact with CLIENTS at first and with several internal and external teams.
