INTERNATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR

We are looking for our new International Sales Coordinator. In this position, you will be exposed to various sides of international sales within the Automotive and Mobility Industries. International tenders, contract negotiations and customer relationship management are some of the business areas you will be dealing with.
The position is perfect for an ambitious and committed individual, aiming for a career in international sales. ALD Automotive has a strong international sales team, committed to offering the best services to our key clients. You will be working with a professional team, with their headquarters in Paris and operations in 43 countries. The team has a strong sense of cooperation and community with focus on sharing knowledge and best practices across countries.

The entity is accessible by bus or train from Oslo (20 minutes).

Main responsibilities:

Prepare quotations and offering strategy during International tender processes, in cooperation with the Sales Manager
Prepare the qualitative offer, answering the client’s needs with our products and solutions
Serve as a support to the local Key Account Managers in matters concerning international clients
Serve as a support to the New Business team in matters concerning international clients
Participate in Business Development Projects
Answer various clients requests in a timely manner
Help with various internal operational tasks

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Oslo is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. Your profile

Graduate with a Master degree from Business School or University in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, you ideally have a previous experience in a bank or financial institution.

You are fluent in English. Scandinavian is a plus.

You have good command of MS Office applications.
