Job description



Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

·  Support HRG to manage recruitments, incl. but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interview arrangements, orientation logistic arrangement, etc;
·  Management and HR operations of intern, consultant and contractor, incl. but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, p-filing, HCOM data management, etc;
·  Support HRG to manage different recruiting channels as well as recruitment vendors, incl. introducing new channels, improving vendor performance, etc;
·  Support HRG to enhance direct sourcing proportion, incl. building talent pools, accumulating personal network, internal referral program, cold calls, etc;
·  Take responsibility to do end-to-end internship recruitment;
·  Comply with code of conduct as well as other applicable laws and local regulations, internal policies, compliance rules and procedures (including but without limitation to those requirements from the aspects of anti-money laundering, know your client, anti-fraud, data protection, etc; Comply with information security rules and permanent supervision requirement relevant to the job.
·  Assist with staff for Shanghai Hukou application and Work Permit application as required;
·  Ad-hoc support for graduate program, trainings, benefits and transversal HR requirements.

Profile Required

Qualifications:

·  Academic Background: (degree and major) Bachelor Degree
·  Working Experience / Technical Skills & Know how: At least 1 year working experience, preferably in HR related fields
·  Skills & Competencies: Good interpersonal skills, a team player and be able to work under pressure
·  Language Skills: Good commend of spoken and written English and Mandarin
·  Computer Skill: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
