Your role
You will have the following missions:
· Gather important HR processes, analyze efficiency and customer centricity
· Support and foster digitalization of HR department together with the team and HR Dir
· Run self-responsible implementation projects
· Rely and exchange on Best practices in SG Group
· Develop new HR processes from the “outside – in” taking into account digitalization, customer and employees needs

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Hamburg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see http://www.civiweb.com/ .
Your profile
Graduated from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree in Human Ressources.
Experience in HR will be a plus.
You are fluent in English and in German.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office.

HR department of Hanseatic Bank(HB) as a German Entity with the Business Unit EUROPE.
The HR department of HB is delivering full HR service to the business and employees of Hanseatic Bank, Hanseatic Service Center and SG Insurance. The department is organized functionally in HR Director (1 FTE), HRBP (1,5 FTE) Payroll and Admin (2,5 FTE), Recruiting (1 FTE), People Development and Training (0,6 FTE), Projects and Labour Relations (1 FTE), HR Controlling (1 FTE). In total 8,4 FTE servicing appr. 500 employees.
Hanseatic Bank is running tremendous changes in its organization concerning digital transformation with a clear customer centric perspective, implementation of agile methodologies and organization and new working concept (e.g. work 4.0).
This leads to the necessity for HR to change its organization and processes with a clear perspective from the “outside – in”, meaning with customer and employee centric view
