Your environment:
At Societe Generale, you will be joining the Global Markets division (MARK) of SG Corporate and Investment Banking. MARK offers a cross-asset approach along all its offerings : Research, Investment & Risk Management Solutions, Execution and Prime Services to asset managers, pension funds, companies, private banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, family offices, sovereign funds and distributors worldwide
Your department:
SG CIB is a leading player in structured products and Equity Derivatives and provides global services in this domain. This position will be within the Strategic Marketing Team which works closely with the Engineering and Sales Teams.
Mission:
Your role:
During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities:
· Designing, developing and producing detailed commercial presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials for all of the main clients
· Structuring products in cooperation with engineering team, including historical simulations of investment scenarios and product performance;
· Liaising with Legal department to develop and maintain compliant marketing and sales documents;
· Competitive watching and digital strategy
This position is at the crossroads of many different business lines and serves as a link between sales teams, financial engineers, legal, compliance, communication, and the clients. It includes contact with other locations (Marketing and Sales worldwide)
Profile:
The VIE assignment in a nutshell:
This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com , to have more details regarding your financial indemnities.
Your profile:
We are searching for a dynamic and motivated young professional aiming to understand the strengths of our derivative products recognized and awarded on the international financial market.
Graduate from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
You ideally have a previous experience in in the financial services industry with an emphasis in product development and marketing of investment products and/or structuring of capital markets transactions.
You are fluent in English and you have an advanced level in Italian. French is a plus.
You are proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
