Responsibilities

'• Give credit ratings' view on a 1-year horizon on the coverage universe (Sovereigns, Investment grade and High Yield issuers) supported by fundamental credit write-up and financial forecasting
• Initiating coverage and pro actively monitoring and updating the reports (earnings, rating changes, event driven notes, etc) for the assigned credits
• Closely monitor assigned credits, peers and industries covered
• Continuously monitor rating agency views and the rationale.
• Help in the preparation of the market news - comments
• Comment the market news on the sector assigned
• Be available for ad hoc work - sector themes etc...'

Profile Required

Educational Requirements Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance

Certification required CFA or FRM will be given preference

Range of Experience 2-5 years

'Minimum of 2-5 years experience in Fixed Income and Credit research in global markets
- Ability to do financial forecasting and strong understanding of drivers for industries covered
- Strong knowledge of financial ratios for various industries
- Knowledge on use of Excel, Bloomberg, rating agency reports, etc
' '- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly interpret and analyze financial results
- Ability to generate and promote ideas
- Ability to establish a strong communication channel with all the stake holders' '
