Environment

The VIE will be part of the Corporate Audit team, participating in auditing of the design and operating effectiveness of key controls across Legal, Compliance, Corporate, Finance and Operational Risks, including integrated audits with other specialty auditors (Market, IT, Credit, Models).

Mission

The VIE is expected to participate in audits across various business lines and support functions covered by the Corporate audit team. His/her primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

·  Working independently and responsibly on assigned tasks
·  Actively participating in all stages of the audit process: planning & diagnostic, testing, report drafting, and recommendation follow-up
·  Effectively communicating with auditees, developing a good relationship and timely escalating when there is an issue
·  Analyzing assigned business processes, procedures, risks; and evaluating the internal controls, and adopting a risk-based approach
·  Preparing high quality workpapers that support the findings and conclusions
·  Anticipating, understanding and escalating issues appropriately for timely resolution
·  Participating in department wide transformation projects, actively contributing to the changes and demonstrating readiness and willingness to apply the changes

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in New-York is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

Graduate with a Master degree from Business school/Engineering or University, in Audit.

A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated.

You are fluent in English.

You are proficient in Office application.
