Responsibilities

actively participate in the development of a new Asset Management middle office team in Bangalore to cover Trade Processing (Cash, OTC and listed / derivates), Data management, Valuation operations, Fees Management but more closely with fund life cycle management activity. This particular perimeter covers the management of all static information about the funds and also regulatory documents production such as the KIID report.

Profile Required

The role incumbent, as Analyst supporting APAC/EMEA in Fund Life Cycle.

Main responsibilities:

Ø Production of KIID (Key Investor information document) report. This includes the annual and specific updates of those documents with a close collaboration with the legal, financial engineering and fund manager's teams of Lyxor.

Ø Follow up of daily tasks around the IS of fund data management as well as the counterparts data management.

Ø Management of all KYC requests coming from inside Lyxor but also from external counterparts.

Ø Management of the recording and the un-recording of Lyxor funds based on regulatory constraints such as FATCA, EMIR/Dodd Franck or AIFM.

Ø Find ways to optimize the current process of the fund life cycle management (IT improvement, processes review etc..)
