Staff Software Test Engineer

Job description

In this role, you have the opportunity to make a substantial contribution to the innovation of Siemens Ultrasound products through development, test and evaluation of new products, utilizing the latest technologies and test practices.

You are a member of a software release management team and are responsible for:

·  Define, develop and lead the daily software testing efforts throughout development phase to ensure high software stability
·  Define and track software stability metrics, work with leadership team to define corrective and preventive measurements if needed

·  Daily feature, workflow and system level testing to provide functional and development feedback

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

·  Experience in requirements management, tools, methodologies, and processes, including use of a variety of accepted methods
·  Experience in software engineering is a plus
