What are my responsibilities?

1.Perform technical operation, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs and updates for the Electrical Equipments of PT in SPHIC.

2.Escalate incidents with accurate and clear information according to defined escalation process. Inform the 2nd Level Support (PT vHSC) on all escalation issues.

3.Report any customer's complaints according to Shanghai PT escalation process.

4.Ensure on time creation & update for FMS tickets. Ensure the FMS ticket contents being in compliance with FMS Guideline.

5.Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from company.

6.Make the Uptime Performance of whole PT system to achieve annual target.

7.Share Knowledge & Experience within the team.

8.Support product maintenance activities on demand of Siemens PT headquarter.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.At least Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering / Electric Automation Technology / Medical Equipment Technology related.电子工程学专业、或电气自动化控制专业、或与医疗器械设备技术相关专业的本科或本科以上学位。

2.Medical modality (i.e. X-ray, CT, PACS) knowledge, RF knowledge, Robot knowledge, Electric automation control system knowledge (e.g. SIMATIC), low voltage switchgears knowledge, power supply knowledge.医疗设备知识（比如：X-ray设备、CT、PACS），RF设备知识，机器臂的相关知识，电气自动化控制系统（比如：SIMATIC）知识，低压电气开关柜知识，电源设备的相关知识。

3.At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a large power supply system/ electronic equipment/ electrical automation control system/ large medical modality maintenance. 2年以上的大型电源系统维护、或电气设备维护、或电气自动化控制系统维护、或大型医疗设备售后服务的相关经验

4.Be willing to work in Shifts.愿意长期“三班倒”工作。

5.Basic skill at electrical automation control system, electronic engineering, robots technology, would be best to have Working Certificate for operating Low Voltage Switchgear.电气自动化控制系统或电气工程或机器人相关知识及基本技能，低压电气设备的操作许可证（最好有）。

6.Basic verbal and written communication skills in English (CET 4 or plus).能够使用英文读写和交谈。英语4级或以上。

7.Good communication and interpersonal skill, be able to provide accurate and clear information to others.沟通能力和人际交流能力强，能够提供精准和清晰的信息。

8.Clear logic, good analytic thinking.分析能力强，逻辑清晰。

9.Positive attitude,calm and patient.为人乐观、平和、有耐心。

10.Hard-working, self-motivated and accountable. Able to work under high pressure.工作积极，有上进心，有责任心，能够在压力下工作。
