• Functional responsibility for Routine Facilities maintenance/ operation activity at facility and utilities equipment/system. Lead all routing facility maintenance/operation task to include: Clean rooms, Walk-in Coolers & Freezers, RO/DI Water systems, Wastewater system, Compressed gas distribution systems, vacuum systems, steam generation system,Process chillers and non-clean utility like plumbing, hot water/boiler, chilled water system, electrical etc.

• Responsible to guide and manage technicians. Support to recuite technicians.
负责指导和管理技工，并对招聘技工提供支持
• To manage external maintenance service contractors
管理为西门子提供维护服务的供应商
• To make sure CAPA complete on time based on maintenance plan.
确保预防及纠正措施及时按计划完成。
• To monitor and record utility consumption
监视及记录公用条件的消费数据
• Coordinate interface between SHDM and SSME in Siemens NanHui campus.
协调诊断工厂和西门子医疗机械在南汇园区之内的界面
• Support the Facility/Process Utility procurement, validation, calibration
支持来自于厂务，公用设施，工艺专业的采购，验证及校验工作

This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.

Experience:
• 3-5 years' experience in Facilities routine maintenance supervisor /management in Manufacturing plant in a cGMP industry; preferably in a medical diagnostic or Pharma
3到5 年在cGMP工厂厂务日常运行维护相关工作经验，诊断或者医药行业经验优先考虑
• Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Clean rooms, Walk-in Coolers & Freezers, RO/DI Water systems, Wastewater system, Compressed gas distribution systems, vacuum systems, steam generation system,Process chillers and non-clean utility like plumbing, hot water/boiler, chilled water system, , electrical etc.

• Familiar with GMP requirement to facility.

• A trade license is a plus (for example, electrician or MEP)

Education:
•College degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering or equal
