What will you do?

·  Manage Building Automation small project execution to optimize financial performance and manage risk
·  Take action as necessary through various job stages and follow Siemens Project Management guidelines
·  Work closely together with Dispatcher and Service Supervisor and scheduling labour and material requirements
·  Attend handover meetings with Service Project Sales and Account Engineers to ensure understanding of small work scope and customer commitments
·  Work collaboratively with field service team to inspect job sites and work environments to assure quality execution methods and safety
·  Direct and review the preparation of design detail, installation drawings, technical literature and operating instructions for submission to the customer and/or customers authorized representative
·  Notify and present change order proposals and claims to the customer
·  Partner with Procurement and follow all the necessary process steps
·  Provide regular status reports to management
·  Complete all job closeout documentation
·  Prepare progress billings; pursue timely payments from the customer and authorizes payments to material suppliers and subcontractors
·  Pursue improvement in processes and methods to reduce and/or minimize the costs of delivering solutions to customers
·  Advise and mentor Service Technician
·  Could participate in project startup, design and electrical installation as needed on assigned projects

What will you need to succeed?

·  3-5 years' experience in delivering high quality customer service to a broad range of customers
·  Fire Alarm and Building Automation Systems experience is great advantage
·  Reasonable knowledge of construction practices, systems, engineering operations, fundamentals, contracting and general business operations
·  Knowledge of electrical system installation related to Fire Alarm and Building Automation systems
·  Understanding of project accounting and financial management tools
·  Proven organizational skills - able to plan effectively and prioritize workloads including the ability to multi-task; Self-motivated and calm under pressure
·  Commercially and technically aware; IT literate
·  Good communication skills – verbal and written
