For our Building Technologies Divisionin Milano we are looking for a Sales Engineer HVAC & Fire Products . The incumbent of this position has the responsibility to create revenue (order intake) in product sales by identifying and selling to prospects (target account) and by maintaining relationship with and selling to existing customers (key accounts).
What are my responsibilities?
· Organize & execute sales visits to existing (Key Account) customers and with potential (Target Account) customers for new business;
· Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance;
· Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and recommending new opportunities;
· Identify customer volume potential & likely hit rate, and prioritize customers / sales visits accordingly (80/20 rule);
· Create and implement customer action plans for/with top customers (Account Plans);
· Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
· Provide customers with quotations;
· Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the sales following CPS Pricing Policy;
· Organize & execute visits to specifies & influencers who create pull for CPS products.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Knowledge of HVAC plants, products and applications;
· Knowledge of Fire Detection plants, products and applications
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and abilities to coordinate a team;
· Knowledge of sales negotiation techniques;
· Products Sales experience (3-5 Years);
· Electrical/Electronics Diploma or Degree.
