What role will you play?

In your new role as IT Infrastructure Senior Process Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of our IT Service Management processes and tools globally.

·      The scope of your team includes all ITIL disciplines as well as monitoring and reporting processes and tools which form the backbone of the global IT of our company.

·      You will focus on some of the following disciplines: Service Catalog Management, Service Level Analysis, Availability Management, Data Center Capacity and Performance Management, Asset & Config Management, Test Management, Change Management and User communication.

·      In close alignment with the respective global Process Owner you manage the processes and ensure they are followed by all internal departments and external service providers according to the process rules and KPI’s.

·      You monitor process performance and provide reporting data.

·      You initiate and steer improvement measures to optimise and innovate your processes and tools globally towards improved transparency, performance and costs.

·      You ensure the compliance of your processes, tools and data with local laws, contractual obligations and internal regulations.

·      You will be a key member of our globally distributed team of Process Managers.

·      You will collaborate intensively within this team as well as with the business, with external partners and within the whole IT organization globally in order to satisfy expectations and priorities of our customers. 

Use your skills to move the world forward

·      Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT

·      Deep knowledge (minimum 4 years experience) in at least two of the areas Service Catalog Management, Service Level Analysis, Availability Management, Data Center Capacity and Performance Management, Asset & Config Management, Test Management, Change Management and User communication

·      •Deep knowledge of Service Now, especially concerning data analytics.

·      Very good English skills (minimum C1).

·      Very good intercultural collaboration skills, minimum 3 years of experience in the international collaboration

·      Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

·      Flexibility to work with people in different time zones, e.g. Europe

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills on management and expert level.

·      Experience in the management of service providers.

·      Broad knowledge of IT Service Management processes, minimum ITIL V3 foundation - ideally ITIL V4 expert certification.

·      Broad knowledge of IT Service Management tools.

·      Broad knowledge of Monitoring and Reporting tools.

·      Broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services (Service Desk, Workplace & Collaboration, Data Centre & Network)

·      Continuous Service Improvement Experience

·      Project Management Experience

·      Highly self-motivated.

·      Ability to drive change.

·      Strategic thinking.

·      Customer-oriented.

·      Willingness to travel from time to time globally (e.g. Germany, Czech Republic)
