We provide transactional and digital Opportunity-to-Cash services from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We support Siemens businesses in driving top-line growth, profitability, cash conversion and customer intimacy. We are currently looking for Order Management Customer Service Process Associate to join our International order management (B2B model). The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing (products and systems).

·  You will Processing orders in the system based on the input from customers and salesmen.
·  Should Close agreement with various internal departments (around the world).
·  GS: Act as a partner/Siemens representative when communicating with customer. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds
·  Proficient written and verbal communication in English is a requirement!
·  Experience in order processing, logistics, customer service (gained preferably in the technical sector(SSC/BPO)
·  Good Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP).
·  Should be Ability to work in a team!
·  Have Good communication and customer service skills.
·  Should have Flexibility and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
