The Challenge

Begin your graduate journey with us whilst taking part in our fantastic graduate development programme. We will build an individual training plan to help you to develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of it you will be set up with the best knowledge to equip you for your professional career within Siemens.

·  Assist in the introduction of new products, determining the most efficient methods, giving the design/production team as necessary
·  Assists in manufacturing process improvements
·  Assist with lean implementation
·  Assist in problem solving of production related issues in a structured manner
·  Contributes to cost reduction exercises
·  Contributes to the introduction of new processes, techniques and tooling
·  Conducts training and mentorship to other operators on production related topics
·  Develops and maintains an awareness of modern production engineering practices and processes

You have or are graduating in an engineering related topic, having phenomenal communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be collaborating with senior partners and both internal and external customers.

You will be expected to work with your manager and colleagues in understanding the departments objectives and deadlines and planning your work in order to meet these priorities.

Customers service awareness, experience in Microsoft Office, leadership skills and financial awareness would be an advantage.
