Local Compliance Officer

Job description

Siemens Finance OOO (financial entity of international concern Siemens AG, with regional network of 24 offices in the biggest cities of Russia) invites candidates to apply for a position of Local Compliance Officer. Compliance department is aimed to promote Siemens business through strong compliance with local and international legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

· Advice, internal education, development of local regulations in the areas of anti-corruption, protection of personal data, export laws compliance;
· Internal control (audit) of business-processes;
· Prevention and investigation of violations of legal and ethical standards of the company;
· Communication to company’s employees and reporting to the headquarter (Germany) on compliance topics.

Requirements :

· Higher professional education (preferably legal; economics and finance is also acceptable);
· Literate Russian, fluent English;
· Analytical skills and ability to structure information;
· Strong communication skills, in addition to business writing and public speaking.

Experience in international non-governmental organizations / legal projects, aimed to develop ethical, legal standards, is welcomed.
