Position Overview

The Engineering Management Acceleration Program (EMAP) is a five-year development opportunity for entry-level candidates with potential for rapid advancement in the Siemens Oil & Gas business. About the Engineering Management Acceleration Program (EMAP)

EMAP consists of three (3) one-year rotations and one (1) two-year rotation. The final two-year rotation is typically in the business function where the participant will continue their career after graduation from the program. Each rotation will introduce the participant to an all-new job function and usually require a geographic relocation.

The participant will use fundamental engineering concepts, practices, and procedures to complete assigned projects while learning about the business. Typical roles include Application Engineering, Project Engineering, Product Design, Field Service as well as Digitalization, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Project Management, and Manufacturing Operations.

Assignments will be in the Siemens Oil & Gas (O&G) and Services Distributed Generation and Oil & Gas (SDO) business units at locations across the United State. International locations may be assigned base on individual preference, ability, and business need. Interviews to be conducted September-November 2019 with successful candidates joining Siemens in January 2020 or June 2020.

Position Requirements

·  Willingness and ability to travel and relocate through the duration of the five-year Engineering Management Acceleration Program.
·  Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in either Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, or Electrical engineering.
·  GPA of 3.2 or higher.
·  Internship, co-op, or relevant work experience.
