1. You'll be responsible for engineering of various instruments , instrument schedule, hook up drawings, cable schedule , wiring diagram, input and output list , cause and effect , instrument data sheet in order to meet the design requirements in line with the customer / quality requirements

2. You'll be responsible for engineering of mounting of instruments , local gauge board & local stands, in order to meet the design requirements in line with the customer / quality requirements , process automation and Instrumentation.

3. You'll be responsible of engineering of control valve & safety relief valves , preparation of Compressor data sheet, Static equipment data sheet , process & instrumentation diagram in line with client specifications & pre order correspondence / TQ, national and international standards & safety aspect of the product.

4. You'll be providing support to manufacturing, shop assembly, quality, site for resolving critical technical issue by detailed study & root cause analysis.

5. You'll be Liaison with client / consultant for progress of the job and mitigating the technical issues. Identify the major faults and giving remedies.

6. You'll be reviewing vendor drawing and calculation review as per code , standard & specifications like ASME , TEMA and API etc.

7. You'll need to collaborative engagement with all engineering team as well as cross functional execution teams.

8. You'll need to ensure designed product/components meet the statutory requirement in order to meet the statutory requirements. Engineering software knowledge is essential

9. Well versed with GD&T , checking drawing and take design related decision

10. Prepared Bill of material & handle the project from design up to manufacturing stage.

11. Physical Inspection at vendor site for new development job and do Costing and handling inventory in SAP system

12. Familiar with methodologies like 6 sigma, lean sigma and kaizen.

13. Have knowledge of Valve Engineering and software related to it.

1. You are BE / B-Tech (mechanical)

2. You have knowledge of SAP and MS office is required

3. You have fundamental of Reciprocating compressor and basic components knowledge is required

4. You need to be well conversant with API618 5 th edition and other relevant national and international standards and codes.

5. You have hand on experience on piping plan layout considering operation & maintenance aspects in Auto cad / smart plant/ PDS / PDMS/E3D.

6. You have basic knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div,1, Sec II for static equipment and structure design.

7. You've good analytical / mathematical skills required for engineering permutation calculations and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

8. You have to travel to site, customer interactions which may be at remote places.

9. Identify the major faults and giving remedies.

10. You have good team player with active participation.

11. Minimum 12 to 15-year experience in related industries.
