We are currently looking for:

What are my responsibilities?

•Review and approve design documentation, specifications and layouts

•Specification of electrical, control and network components for baggage handling equipment, such as Power Bus, Profi-Bus, ASi-Bus, E-Stop systems, LV Distribution, Panels, Control Cabinets.

•Evaluate and understand project requirements to plan execution of component design, select system components and prepare design specifications

•Prepare design calculations, specifications and documentation

•Prepare electrical load calculations.

•Prepare component lists and cable schedules

•Prepare and review of Electrical Schematics

•Incorporation of design related safety aspects in accordance with local regulations

•Prepare factory and site acceptance test documentation and lead the test execution.

•Prepare installation work packages and provide input and advice to the installation team during the implementation of the project on-site

•Preparation of as-built documentation and handover documentation .

•Provide input and advice to the installation team during the implementation of the project on-site including the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation

•Design and coordinate all electrical aspects of complex, integrated material handling systems .

•Preferred experience in design of Baggage Handling Systems or comparable Material Handling Applications.

•Tool : E-Plan / ACAD Electrical

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· At least 2-5 years of experience in similar function, at least 5 years of experience with material handling systems
· 2 years in handling the electrical and controls of a project during design, as well as during installation and commissioning being responsible for other designers
· Well-versed in E-Plan/ACAD Electrical tools
· Proactive and mature personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally
· Working in a multi-cutural environment.
· Ability to interact with and support members of our electrical controls installation teams
