岗位要求 Qualifications

We hope that you have:

·  A Master or PhD's degree with a major in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or other related areas;
·  Knowledge and hands-on experience in using simulation tools, optimization algorithms, system modeling or data-driven modeling;
·  Programming and development skills, such as using Java, C++, Python, R;
·  Fluent communication and good writing skills in both English and Chinese;
·  Analytical mindset for problem solving, passion and innovation spirit.

希望你有工业仿真软件的使用或项目经验，亦或对系统建模与仿真等相关理论有深刻的理解；

希望你有数据分析能力并对系统架构有一定了解，能使用Java，C++，R，Python等，独立开发应用或算法模型；

我们期待你，能流利的使用英文进行书面及口头表达，较强的动手能力与执行能力，良好的表达与沟通能力，有责任心且具备团队合作能力；

加分项 Plus

·  Experience in Intelligent Manufacturing, Industrial 4.0, Industrial IoT and other related fields;
·  Knowledge of Industrial IT systems (ERP, CMS, Quality, Logistics, SCM, etc.) or OT (Sensor, Controller, Actuator, etc.) in manufacturing enterprises;
·  Prior intern/co-op/research experience in modeling (building discrete model, multi-agent model, knowledge graph, and etc.);
·  Experience in using tools such as NX, Tecnomatix, AMESim and other Siemens simulation software.

若你

有智能制造，工业4.0，工业物联网等相关经验；

对制造企业IT系统（ERP、CMS、质量、物流、供应链管理等）或OT（传感器、控制器、执行器等）有系统理解；

有离散模型，多智能体模型及复杂系统语义模型的建立等相关经验；

有使用NX，Tecnomatix，AMESim等西门子仿真软件的经验；

这些都能让你尽快地融入工作。
