The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Missions

1/ Reduce the amount of backlog expired on customers (BOL),in particular for Special Care Units anticipating the necessary pre- actions to ensure that the material ordered by the customers arrive at the right time.

2/ Data analysis.

3/ Expediting interventions and specific actions on suppliers and international DCS.

4/ Verification management parameters.

5/ Correct errors in master data products.

6/ Using various tools - I2P / BFO / CR.

Qualifications :

Profile and Competencies





Education: Graduate, preferably engineer.

Technical Field: ERP experienced (SAP), Microsoft Office package experienced




Work experience needed: Not mandatory but useful Logistics experience.

Requested languages:

Mandatory English at very good level

Italian at basic level to start .

French optional

Spanish optional

German optional

Personal abilities or skills: Very good communication skills – Ability to work on different topic – Results driven – Fast understanding of issues
