Job description

The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Main missions

1/ Conducts value added/non-value-added analysis (useful time analysis)

2/ Drives continuous improvement based on Lean (SPS) principles (VSM approach)

3/ Able to support manufacturing process according Lean principles and ensure regular and effective monitoring of quality processes, optimize layout of manufacturing site

4/ Understand the different Continuous Improvement methods (e.g. Go Do It, A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, Lean 6 Sigma, PFMEA,KPI analyses etc.)

5/ Able to contribute to basic root causes, by creating a problem statement & using tools such Ishikawa etc. and help to effectively implement corrective and preventive actions

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Technical Field:

Work experience needed: 2 years

Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): English fluent

Personal abilities or skills:
