This role will be the primary Human Resources interface for all employees, including people managers, for the Schneider Electric ESS Celaya Office. This position will be responsible for providing partnership and coaching for employees in execution of Human Resources activities and Schneider Electric People Campaigns. Activities will include responsibility for recruitment of talent, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and adherence to company standards. The position will report to the ESS Global VP of HR. This job will be in the Energy & Sustainability Services (ESS) business. ESS is a global business within Schneider Electric with the main mission to help companies buy energy smarter, use resources efficiently and drive sustainable growth.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provides consultation to leaders on employee matters such as talent management, leadership coaching, salary planning, learning and development, recruiting, benefit and payroll administration, etc.
· Responsible to manage and investigate employee relations issues timely and thoroughly, in adherence with employment law and Schneider Ethics and Compliance standards
· Provide training in execution of annual people campaigns (Goal setting, Performance reviews, Global Salary Review, Development plans, etc.)
· Guides, supports and collaborates with employees regarding career pathing and opportunities
· Full cycle recruiting from creating requisitions to on boarding new employees
· Analytics and reporting such as reviewing metrics (headcount, diversity, attrition, etc.) with a digital focus, and from which to make recommendations using the data and based on business strategy
· Ensure the ESS Celaya office has incorporated Schneider Electric best practices
· Responsible for Affirmative Action policies and procedures
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, HR or related field

• 2 – 4 years of work experience in general Human Resources

• Bi-lingual with advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft office products and HRIS systems
