With a focus on supporting the country Leadership Team within our NZ business, this role will provide generalist HR Business Partner support across all our progressive people programs. You will provide both strategic direction and operational support, leadership coaching and deliver innovative people programs in an environment where the investment in our people is considered vital for our success.

Working within a Leadership Team and primarily supporting the Country President, you will also be part of a dynamic and progressive HR community in the Pacific Zone. Your colleagues are a friendly, supportive and fun community of Human Resource Business Partners and Specialists focused on delivering best practice and innovative solutions.

Your mission in this role:

· Provide strategic direction, operational support and coaching for the New Zealand Leadership Team;
· Coach, guide and develop leaders by building trusted business partnerships and relationships;
· Provide advise and support on Employment Relations matters, particularly in regards to New Zealand workplace legislation;
· Be a digital disruptor – think differently and drive digitisation in people programs & systems;
· Deliver a demanding HR strategic agenda including performance and talent management, recruitment and leadership coaching;
· Ideate and drive HR and OD initiatives and HR Strategies that enhance employee engagement;
· Plan and drive enterprise transformation and change management programs.

What you bring to the role :

· Experience in a progressive HR business partner role working in complex environments;
· Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic and commercially astute outcomes;
· The ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve organisational performance and make data-driven recommendations based on sound insight and analysis;
· Proven ability to manage change and bring people through the change curve;
· A love of learning where you tap into your curiosity everyday and drive a flourishing learning culture in the business;
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to engage and build networks;
· A passion for working with people to get the best outcomes.
