Requirements:

· Supporting business to manage change and the application of change management strategies
· Contributes to the development of an organizational workforce and talent that is competitive, leads talent management discussions/plans for a business function
· Partner closely with the business to create a best place to work environment and a high performance culture
· Collaborates with East Asia HR partners to provide end to end HR programs and services and support critical business needs.
· Consult with management & employees on Human Resources related issues and policies

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·  Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
·  Ability to translate business needs into Human Resources initiatives
·  Superior organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and anticipate the needs of multiple client groups
·  Demonstrated ability to influence mangers on change initiatives
·  Outstanding written communication skills and high attention to detail
·  Excellent customer service skills
·  Demonstrated ability to use initiatives, seek out information and problem solve
·  Professional presentation and conduct
·  Pragmatism and business awareness
