Job description



A generalist Human Resource Leadership position within the assigned facility which involves providing HR skills and advise to Business Leaders in areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and learning and development. Steers a work environment of happy and motivated employees through all year round employee relations and programs which in turn result in HR having a significant value and positive effect on the bottom line of the business.

This position is the central point of contact for the designated facility on HR Processes Provides recommendations for policy improvement and guidelines as to legal implications to ensure compliance to local and corporate policies.

The position is in constant partnership and acting as the single point of contact of the business leader and employees in his/her account, this position is accountable for implementation and interpretation of existing Human Resource policies on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications :

·  Must have at least 8 years experience in a similar role
·  Knowledge of local employment law
·  Strong communicator, both written and verbal
·  Eye for Detail
·  Strong presentation and people skills
·  Compensation Analysis and Methodologies
·  Leader in customer service, professional approach to internal and external clients
·  Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills
·  Dynamic and with Engaging skills to readily communicate with business leaders
·  Excellent business ethics and integrity
·  High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
·  Demonstrates a flexibility in operational style to meet the requirements or multi-culture position
·  Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite and follow shifting schedule
