Engineer- Quality

Job description

We are currently seeking an Engineer - Manufacturing Quality having good experience/Knowledge in Electro/Mechanical field of Electrical Equipment's to join our Vadodara- MV Operations. Reporting to the - Quality Head, you will be focusing on Inspection ,Improvement of Process & Product LVB. The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):

Responsible to ensure
CAPA- Planning and initiating corrective and preventive actions on the non-conforming items.
ISO Compliances - Follow up with all functions for ISO compliance activities including pre-audit review & post-audit NC closure.
Quality Reports- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly quality reports, display and distribution to plant level.

Analysis of Site Failure of Line as well of Customer returns in collaboration with CFT.

Responsible for ensure the only controlled documents are in use.

Knowledge on Quality Tools is must

Ø Main activities

ü Quality Process

ü Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs

ü Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with FMEA

ü Manage functionally Quality control in Production

ü Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector

ü Manage derogations

ü Participate to the surveillance test definition

ü Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product quality

Knowledge of National & International standards related to Electrical Equipment's

ü Quality issues

ü Lead deployment of containment actions in production, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector

ü Ensure that customer complaint leads to Robustness program update (PCP, FMEA, …)

ü Quality expertise

ü Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and PEP), and participe to the deployment of new options

ü Contribute to process/control capability implementation

ü Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector

ü Provide inputs to Supplier in case of issues on his sector.

ü Management:

ü Represent his sector in production SIM and CRIMES

Desired profile

Qualifications :

3-4 years of Experience

Bachleor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical
