Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for YOU to join the team as eMobility Application Engineer

Your Mission:

Provide technical support for eMobility (electrical vehicle) products, provide customers and sales teams with technical advice during pre-sales discussions and provide quick response to issues from customers after-sales, with the objective of supporting the business deployment in UK

Your responsibilities:

Provide client tailored e-mobility solutions in coordination with the sales and execution teams

Perform Site audits to understands viability of customer site to host an e-mobility charging infrastructure

Create required project documentation in terms of energy requirements for charging infrastructure, design calculations, drawings, layouts, specifications, block schematics, solution presentation, solution value proposition, compliance table, software programming procedures etc

Provide engineering support to the team during installation in terms of process, tools required, procedures, regulatory compliance, Dos and Don'ts, technical interpretations and support, and ensure quality."

Provide quick response to customer requirements. In addition provide information about customer requirements to the business leadership.

About you:

Strong communication, business management and consulting engagement skills

Team player and a leader, who can work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Independent and self-driven and work with minimum guidance.

This position will be based in London and South East and regional travel around assigned geographical zone may occur as part of the role ( Personal skills

Communication - Strong communications skills, both written and oral. Ability to present to clients and management.

Organized – Works in a systematic and structured manner to ensure tasks are performed efficiently with a minimum use of resources, time or effort.

Communications – Uses various communication methods to ensure the entire pursuit team is apprised of important information.

Technology expertise – Strong appreciation and understanding of key current and emerging technologies, third party solutions and packaged software applications.
