eCommerce Analyst & Campaign Developer

Purpose of the job:

The eCommerce Analyst & Campaign Developer reports and takes direction from the local country eCommerce Key Account Manager (eKAM) and supports the growth of online revenue through our Distribution partners webshops. The Analyst is primarily responsible for coordinating eCommerce Marketing initiatives with our online Partners, supports eCommerce data analysis and creates internal eCommerce management reporting.

Job Description

Support execution of the annual eCommerce sales & marketing calendar & programs across platforms

·
Analyze and understand the online shopper journeys of the different buyers and use those insights to adapt the local strategies, define the right brief and manage the sales & marketing tactics accordingly.

·
Coordinate and work cross-functionally with internal business units, multiple functions, global e-commerce teams, suppliers, agencies and related technology companies to ensure flawless execution of e-commerce calendar & programs

·
Hands on eCommerce platform E2E management for B2B, B2C, market place operations partnering with software development agencies, logistics, customer care services teams to maximize customer satisfaction.

·
Support solutions for existing platforms and design new digital products regarding the needs, wire diagrams, and prototypes.

·
Design, manage, report e-commerce KPIs across funnel to orchestrate cross functional teams, including product marketing, Digital Experience, Marketing Communication, suppliers and agencies.

·
Perform daily operational activities and requests from multiple business units that impact sales on e-commerce platforms.

·
Support country eKAM (eCommerce Key Account Manager) for all necessary deliverables to enrich channel ecomm capabilities

·
Work with Global enabler teams for support of Canadian market.

Participate in Schneider Global eCommerce Marketing training and communications

Desired profile



Qualifications :

· 
Qualifications

· 
Direct B2C/B2B eCommerce experience (at least 1 year) or online agency marketing background (2 years)

· 
Having a solid understanding of digital analytics, to drive ROI improvements on digital marketing activities and comfortable to design, manage, report e-marketing and e-commerce KPIs across funnel.

· 
Good general understanding of e-marketing solutions and instruments (SEA, SEO, Affiliation, Syndication, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, Google Analytics)

· 
Ability to travel locally or nationally to Partner and 3 rd Party offices

· 
Knowledge in e-marketing Automation

· 
Knowing the e-marketing KPIs and having a general understanding of web analytics

· 
Able to create online sales concepts, customer journeys based on ROI driven business models

· 
Experienced in CRM and persona analysis

· 
Good technological understanding of Webshop / eCommerce systems is a plus

· 
Experienced in coordinating service providers or agencies

· 
Strong communication, relationship and planning skills

· 
A patient, positive, professional attitude and ability to think out of the box and problem solve

· 
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Internal Relations:

It is critical that the eCommerce Analyst & Campaign Developer develops and nurtures high quality relationships with relevant internal business and functional heads. The eCommerce Analyst & Campaign Developer will be in frequent relations with:

Global eCommerce Enabler Team – Receive guidance and input on global eCommerce strategy,

· 
Country Business Units (BU) teams - collaborate to collect and/or build content for a unique online customer experience

· 
Country Marcom and Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team - Coordinate and be an active part in common projects and in defining requirements for the businesses

External Relationships:

· 
Key staff (and 3 rd Parties) employed within our eCommerce related Partners in Canada

· 
Others 3 rd Party companies within related e-business (ex. Online Marketing Firms, Google, Facebook)
