Main missions


1/ The job of Finance Business Partner is a position encompassing duties on the controlling of manufacturing operations, on the performance measurement & reporting of the Commercial business. Here below some of the Key responsibilities:

2/ Manufacturing controlling: ensure GSC reporting and controlling according SE processes and tools, including monthly closing and quarterly forecast; perform monthly analysis to drive the performance; DVC material & other, labor and overhead (MBC); perform product costing, analyses and monitoring. Manage the transfer price campaign; perform manufacturing investments controlling; perform inventory controlling; lead products re-standardization process; prepare and participate to business reviews; coordinate co-sourced activities; contribute to internal and external audit activities


3/ Operational controlling: provide quarterly profitability analysis at gross margin level;contribute to the planning activities (forecast, best estimate) through the calculation of gross margin and for manufacturing related KPIs; perform periodic and ad-hoc analyses to allow performance measurement and decision making; support New Products Introduction in connection with products costing; support the preparation of main deal reviews; Process improvements - support and optimize workflow and internal control process

Profilo richiesto

Education: Master Degree in Economy/Business Administration/Business Engineering

Technical Field- excellent knowledge of controlling,
- experience in planning, analysis and reporting;
- excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel;
- excellent analysis, organization and problem solving skills;
- excellent relationship and communication skills; leadership.
- Work experience needed: a previous experience in a similar role is a plus (not mandatory)

Requested languages
- English fluent; italian (nice to have)

Personal abilities or skills
- Strong and Open competency to communicate with the other team like R&D, Sales Marketing etc.,
- Team building approach, assertiveness and influencing.
