Duties and Responsibilities

Establish Professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensures that assigned projects are correctly planned and managed during execution
To liaise with Service Manager/Engineering Manager for project resources.
Monitor and control the financial status of the project (Forecast, billings, cost planning, milestone payments, warranty).
Accurately report the status (financial, resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects.
Manage the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract/scope variations (change orders).
Identify important potential risks (technical or other) and establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated and opportunities are realized.

Ensure that the project documents are produced, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used.
Apply Schneider Electric Safety, Quality and Project Management procedures/methods.

Work proactively with sales for growing Service business on clients assigned and ensure that Project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables such as Risk/Opportunity Identification, Project Execution Plan, Schedule, Cost Estimates
Role out lessons learnt within SE community including Delivery, Sales and Tendering

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Chemical or Computer Science preferred. Any post-graduate coursework is a plus.
Project Management Experience for at least 2 to 5 years.
At least 1-2 years experience in running small to medium automation projects in Oil & Gas, Refining or Petrochemicals or Power industry.
People Management skills and managing remote teams effectively.
Very good commercial acumen.
Valid PMP certification would be a plus.
Typically requires, even if not essential, at least2 years hands on experience on PLCs and/or DCS environment (i.e. Honeywell, Emerson, ABB, Yokogawa, Rockwell Automation, Siemens). Experience on Foxboro IA DCS and/or Triconex and Modicon plc is definitely a plus. Communication skills both written and verbal are a must as well a passion for Customer Satisfaction.
