We are currently looking for a Service Engineer for our Service team in Sicily site and available for business trips in all our territories

Eurotherm works in a dynamic market, so we are looking for a dynamic person who can face the technological challenges of the future

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs projects, customers & Sales/Pre-sales support, helpdesk, commissioning, scouting for new technologies in our markets

Primary responsibilities include:

· Commissioning & service for projects in relation with Project Manager
· Works in a structured team
· Troubleshoots hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures and determines the most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime

· Builds productive internal and external working relationships

· Instructs customers in the operation of developed project

· Serves as company liaison with customer on technical matters for assigned projects

· May perform support for pre-sales department

· May perform training for our customers

· Commissioning & Service onsite

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

· Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation degree.

·  Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Automation control industry in markets such as process, oil&gas, chemical, life-science, glass, heat treatment, power, and/or electrical engineering with end-users and/or EPCs (required)

· Fluent English (required)

· Good communication skills and experience interfacing with customers and leading customer interactions (required)

· Good programming experience PLC/DCS (required)

· Good knowledge of Ethernet communication network
