The Role: Sales Support Associate

This position is for future opportunities with Schneider. We are actively recruiting and interviewing for future positions in Field Services to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

· System-generated services contract leads administration

o evaluate validity of BFO-generated service contract opportunities

o enrich valid opportunity according to business guidelines and requirements

· Opportunity Notification (ON) Queue Management

o qualify and validate of FSR Leads routed to Opportunity Notification Queue

o convert valid ON to opportunity then assign to corresponding sales person as opportunity owner

· Support Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives

o cleanse existing customer data through system research and direct interface with end-users

o generate leads through outbound and inbound correspondences with customers

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who would be successful?

·  Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills
·  Graduate of engineering courses (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics) is preferred but not required
·  Marketing, Tendering or Sales background is an advantage
