Regional eCommerce Manager

Background:

In the continuously evolving B2B and B2B2C environment of electrical distribution, Schneider Electric is expanding e-commerce activities throughout South East Asia. To build strong knot with our existing and future customers through online space, the role requires entrepreneur spirit to work with country team in developing eCommerce business through the online space that providing customers a seamless shopping experience between online and offline.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Set up the B2B business model & e-shop infrastructure ready for country to activate.

·
Working with the country commercial team and global eCommerce team to set up B2B business model

·
Define business model base on customer and business understanding together with channel teams

·
Set up the right product portfolio & price waterfall for defined customer groups

·
UI & functionality development, responsive sites for mobile / desk hardware access with the innovation across financial, customer service & supply chain

·
End to end responsibility from product scoping, pricing management, content improvement traffic generation, online promotion to customer relationship management.

·
Establish a structural way of working for reporting, analytics and execution of plans

·
Analyse and understand the online shopper journeys of the different buyers and use those insights to adapt the eCommerce strategy and execution plan.

·
Define and support execution of the annual e-marketing & e-sales calendar in synchronization with offline distribution owners

·
Be the country e-commerce role-model and ambassador and share best in class operations with other country teams.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Experience & Skills:

· 
Minimum 2 years of e-commerce management and/or online business development. Experience in eCommerce portal set up and eShop operation is highly appreciated.

· 
Good technological understanding of e-commerce platforms

· 
Understands the difference between B2B and B2C value chains; shopper behavior, and be able to drive customer centric digital marketing campaigns and content improvements

· 
Having a solid understanding of digital analytics, to drive ROI improvements on digital marketing activities

· 
Having a solid understanding and execution of digital Partner Relationship Management (CRM)

· 
Good general understanding of e-marketing tools and instruments (SEA, SEO, Affiliation, Syndication, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, …)
