Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer in our Columbia, SC location. This is an entry level position that will include core competencies and tasks to increase your skill set and contribute to Mechanical Engineering within an international company.

Qualifications

We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience. If you do not necessarily meet all the requirements that are listed, we still encourage you to apply for the position.

This job might be for you if you have:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD
· Ability to interact with field sales force and plant manufacturing personnel
· A BSEE is required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, inter-personal skills, and a strong initiative to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
