Job description
The Human Resources assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
Main activities
· Coordinate and guarantee reliability for HR processes & local administrative tasks
· Manage temporary workers administration
· Daily contact with temporary agencies
· Organize employee events (eg. Family Day, Christmas Party etc.)
· Monthly closure and reporting
· Organize travels
· Participation in employees development (eg. organize training, e-learning)
· Internal communication management
· Contribute to Occupational health management and follow-up
· Organizes visitors and clients to the plant, plant tours for them, and is responsible for Visitor‘s Area
· Manage purchase orders, office supplies, stationary and daily post
Expectation:
· Proactive approach, passionate attitude, active contribution
· Fluent English is a must
· Excellent communicaton and organizational skills
· Strong in MS office (word, excel, powerpoint)
· Strong problem solving skills
· Skills in database management and record keeping
· Experience in HR - preferably in a multinational environment - is an advantage
