You will be primarily accountable for coordination and management of the day-to-day manufacturing activities of production workers to safely meet the production schedules, volume, cost and quality standards.

What do you get to do in this position?

·
Customer Service Communication – managing all communications with project managers, field offices and end customer for customer orders

·
Executes overall activities of location such as production scheduling, database management, manufacturing capacity, and material flow

·
Maintains methods and practices to ensure the most effective communication between Scheduling and Production teams. May include creation of new policies/work procedures for each team

·
Ensures resources are best utilized to achieve both short- and long-term goals

·
Analyzes and evaluates problems with communication and/or processes related to scheduling production orders through the Columbia plant. Recommends solutions

·
Provides periodic reports to management

·
May track late delivery to internal customers and backlog activity

This job might be for you if:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

· 
Knowledge of Schedule Management systems

· 
Superior verbal and written communication skills

· 
Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS Access

· 
Knowledge of SQL and other data base tools

· 
Excellent interpersonal skills

· 
Ability to manage multiple priorities daily

· 
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

· 
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

· 
Minimize exposure and risk on project

· 
Constantly monitor and report on progress to concerned stakeholders

· 
Assist in evaluation and assessment of project KPIs

· 
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solution

Preferred:

· 
Possess Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related fields

· 
Have knowledge of applicable design, installation, and use
