Poste et missions:

1/ Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance, assess pipeline healthiness, build sales forecast for Schneider Electric business in the Oil&Gas industry

2/ Market Analysis: Detect and analyze sales opportunities and support country sales force in project selection, qualification and on follow-up actions

3/ Support Project Management Process implementation: ensure full follow-up of the Customer Project Process (CPP) on the sales phases for the O&G projects in North America, working closely with the NAM Customer Process Owner (CPO), the O&G Global CPO and the front office teams

4/ Project Management Tool Leader (SalesForce): Train and support salesforce users from the segment and ensure data quality through regular data quality campaigns and data consistency monitoring on main projects

5/ Financial Communication: support monthly management performance review, reporting and analyzing the performance vs the targets and the market environment

Profil:

Education: BAC +5 et plus, Engineering School

Technical Field: Mastering Pack Office, Energy market knowledge, Database management, Salesforce experience is a big plus

Work experience needed: 12 months

Requested languages: English, French, Spanish is a plus

Personal abilities or skills: Analytical and Synthesis skills, ability to work in a technical environment, proactive and autonomous, interested in the energy industry, ability to interact with high level people (Business VPs, Country Sales Managers, Segment President, …)
