Main missions:
1/ Manage a purchasing portfolio of 8
- 10 M€ (Commodity : Sub-contractors, electrical apparatus, electrical panels, flooring )
2/ Lead projects transfer from current suppliers to NEC suppliers securing business risks and manage suppliers concentration with recommended suppliers.
3/ Manage productivity on specific business projects (ETO) for the plant.
4/ Ensure the best Quality, Cost and Delivery Conditions to supply parts on a sustainable basis regarding yearly targets to achieve.
5/ Lead & participate to yearly negotiation with other Departments.
Profile and Competences:
The VIE is an international programme for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.
Education:
Master degree from Engineering school with Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial skills.
Master degree in Purchasing.
Technical Field:
Purchasing skills (Cost, Supplier Management, Cost analysis, Market analysis…)
Quality and supply chain knowledge
Requested languages : Fluent in English / Italian basic knowledge will be an advantage
Personal abilities or skills:
Purchaser with good leadership skills
Ability to communicate, organize and work with Plant Management Team and purchasing people
Capacity for analysis and synthesis
Capacity to detect action plans productivity to implement in the plant
