1）区域销售目标和市场营销计划的设定

2）跟进区域销售活动和销售业绩

3）ETMS报告、规划与跟踪

4）区域预算规划和控制

5）关键客户地维护和管理

2、员工的管理

1）人员的招聘与实地辅导

2）团队激励

3）其他部门合作与沟通

工作岗位要求:

教育：本科及以上学历

经验知识：3年以上制药行业，2年外企管理经验

核心能力： •良好的计划能力 •良好的辅导技巧 •良好的销售技巧 •良好的人际技巧
